The product page states the exact delivery package. For Google Sheets systems, the normal package includes a Quick Start guide and access to create your own working copy.

No. Products are intentionally self-serve and do not include bespoke setup or custom spreadsheet editing.

Yes for products that use Google Sheets, because you need an account to create and keep your private working copy.

Not through the normal copy workflow. Your working copy belongs to your Google account unless you choose to share it.

Support covers product access, copy/setup instructions, broken-link issues and product-function defects. Custom planning, legal interpretation, financial advice and official submissions are not included.

No. MethodFolio products organize information and preparation; they do not guarantee business, academic, membership, financial or other outcomes.

Digital-product refund eligibility depends on the selling platform, applicable law and whether the delivered product is defective or inaccessible. See Digital Delivery & Refunds for the current policy.

Follow the product recovery instructions. For products using a copy workflow, the safest recovery may be to create a fresh copy and move only your own input data rather than rebuilding formulas manually.
