Digital Delivery & Refunds

How MethodFolio digital products are delivered and how access problems are handled.

Last updated: August 21, 2026. This page describes MethodFolio's current digital-product policy. Mandatory platform rules and applicable consumer law still apply.

Digital delivery

MethodFolio products are delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped. The product page states what files or access links are included before purchase.

For Google Sheets products, buyers normally receive a Quick Start guide that directs them to create their own private working copy.

Refund approach

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds are not offered merely because a buyer changes their mind after successful delivery, except where the selling platform's rules or applicable law require otherwise.

Defective or inaccessible delivery

If a delivered file or access path is defective, contact MethodFolio with the product name, the step reached and the exact error message. We will use that information to determine whether the issue is a delivery/access defect.

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, one-time codes or private account credentials.

Platform rules

If a marketplace or payment platform provides mandatory refund or dispute rules, those platform rules control where they conflict with this page.
